During an interruption
You can read the guides and prepare inputs here. If the API is unavailable, new predictions, API-key requests and the administration console may not work. The CatRange and CatShift website pages can still load while submission services are unavailable.
An unavailable public endpoint does not establish whether an existing job has stopped. Keep its job ID and check it when the API is reachable again. Do not submit duplicates merely because a response failed; follow the guide’s idempotency and retry instructions.
This page checks public reachability every 30 seconds. It does not inspect private jobs or guarantee uninterrupted service. Expired or failed checks are shown as unknown.
