About Me
Hello, I am Mahfuze Subhani from Bangladesh. Currently, I am pursuing my MSc in Computer Science at the School of Computing and working as a graduate research assistant in the Systems and Synthetic Biology laboratory at UNL. I have done my bachelor’s in computer science and engineering from BRAC University. At SSBio, I am responsible for developing tools related to ensemble modeling. I am also involved with developing various python modules required for computational work, as well as, converting modules written in other programming languages to python.
