- Modeling of immunometabolic responses of cells to pathogenic and non-pathogenic infections.
About Me:
I am a Ph.D. student at the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I have obtained degrees, M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, both from the University of Tehran (UT), Tehran, Iran. My master thesis proposed and simulated a new method, which was computational and a combined modelling framework, to achieving fast-improved and low-cost computation in modelling complex chemical reactions such as the Low Density Poly Ethylene (LDPE) production reactions.
At SSBio lab, I would be working on the modelling of immunometabolic responses of cells to pathogenic and non-pathogenic infections.
